Preparation of candidates for selection process

 
A job interview is an important step for every employee and needs a serious approach.

 

During the selection interview, an employer assesses candidates’ motivation, his personality and communication skills as well as a possible contribution to the company. It gives the employee an opportunity to explore the company and “sell” oneself.

It is a fact that our opinion of people is based on our first impression. HR people carrying out selection interview often generate quick and clear conclusions based on the way how a candidate presents during the interview.

It is my job to prepare a candidate for the above mentioned by organizing a mock-up interview and by using NLP techniques, mastering one’s fear and nervousness that might occur.

Furthermore, we increase one’s personal potentials for eventual employment.
